COOKING DEMO SESSION..

A cooking demo was held yesterday, Friday, 16 March 2007, 12-2pm, at Somerset Community Room. As requested, Curry Laksa & Onde-Onde was the menu for all. We would like to thank Miss Trinh for her time to demonstrate each step of cooking both Curry laksa & Onde-Onde. The members had so much fun learning & making the dough into small balls to make the Onde-Onde. Everyone had great time & great lunch together, and looking forward for the next cooking session..

Heat the oil..

Add in Shallots, Garlic etc..
Don't forget the curry powder..

The Malaysian Ladies wanted to give away Raya cookies to their beloved Vietnamese members.. and there they are, gathered at Madam....... (I forgot..) 's apartment to share their talent (kneading, rolling, baking, talking, eating, laughing...!!!)
